Oh, the weather outside is frightful, but our candles are so delightful!
It's that time of year again, when Christmas markets pop up faster than we can say 'sleigh bells’. And guess what? Your favourite candle enthusiasts (that's us!) are part of the jolly commotion!
Yes, it's the busiest season for candle businesses, and the competition for a spot at these markets is intense enough to make a reindeer's head spin.
We're thrilled to announce that we've already miraculously secured a spot at a few of this year's Christmas markets. How, you ask? Well, it involved some stealthy ninja moves and a bit of Christmas magic.
Now, as we prepare for these events, we're positively buzzing with excitement. And trust us, when we say we can't wait to tell you all about them.
We’ll be starting the season off in style with the Christmas Craft Market at Flowerfield Arts Centre, Porstewart. The market will open on 11th November and will run until 21st December. The market takes place indoors within the ground floor galleries and showcases the best contemporary crafts and artisan producers, promoting makers far and wide.
On the launch evening of Saturday 11th November, the Naturally North Coast and Glens Artisan Market will also be resident in the auditorium and outdoor terrace, visitors will be welcome to view and shop the stunning handmade items, sample gourmet coffee, homemade cakes and cuisine, whilst enjoying a fantastic festive soundtrack and welcoming atmosphere.
Our next market will be the Ballycastle Christmas Market on Sunday 26th November. This indoor market is run by Naturally North Coast and Glens Artisan Markets and takes place in the Ballycastle Marine Hotel. We’ll be there from 11am - 4pm.
And finally the BIG one - we are excited to share with you that this year we will be attending the Gifted Contemporary Craft and Design Fair at the RDS Dublin. This is the biggest craft & design fair in Ireland and is the biggest Christmas gift shopping event in the country with over 400 designers, makers and independent retailers. The fair will take place from Wednesday 6th December – Sunday 10th December 2023.
